Those who have never played an Arc the Lad game before shouldn’t have any reservations about checking out Twilight of the Spirits – the main story takes place thousands of years after the last game in the series.

Its story is deep and subtly confronts real issues such as blind hatred against others just because they’re different. This is a game where the characters are the central players who aren’t secondary to a new age, preachy plot.

In the end, Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits offers a thoroughly satisfying RPG experience. What it lacks in flash, it makes up in substance.

What’s this, a quality RPG released during summer!? Might this be enough for you to forget about the great outdoors to stay inside to play Twilight of the Spirits? Remember, you won’t get any experience points for swatting mosquitoes in real life, but in Arc the Lad… SMACK!
