Wow, look at that performance gain! As expected, enabling FSAA dramatically lowers the frame rate. The fact that FSAA doesn't lower frame rate at 1600x1200 supports our supersampling theory since that's probably the highest resolution the drivers "supersample" at. We also noticed strange visual artifacts in the 800, 1024, and 1280 resolutions. They seemed to be z-buffer related because objects would fall in and out of the background. In addition, we also encountered a vertical line in certain resolutions where the portions of the screen on either side were disjointed. It was as if one side was a few pixels higher than the other.
