Competing in the PC audio business is starting to resemble the rest of computing industry - massively cut-throat. As faster processors and increased storage have allowed for the transport of higher fidelity sound effects, the standard satellite/subwoofer combo is quickly increasing in popularity.

Labtec has been producing PC audio speakers for quite some time, and they haven't simply sat idle. They've caught the crest of the wave, moving forward with the times out of generic, hollow-box speakers and into the bass-thumping, multi-driver sets that currently define the genre. In fact, with more than 15 speaker products on the market, you get the impression that Labtec has something planned for every need.
