250MHz core
64MB 400MHz DDR memory
6.4GB/sec memory bandwidth
1 Gigapixel/second fill-rate
31 million triangles/second
0.18-micron manufacturing process
$150 MSRP
Notes
The GeForce2 Ti fuses the GeForce2 Ultra core with the memory of the GeForce2 Pro. As a result, you get GeForce2 Ultra performance at low resolutions, with GeForce2 Pro numbers at high res. The best part of the deal however is the price. NVIDIA is expecting board prices will fall in the $150 price range upon launch. With the arrival of the GeForce2 Ti, the GeForce2 Pro is officially retired from NVIDIA's product lineup.

175MHz core
64MB 400MHz DDR memory
6.4GB/sec memory bandwidth
2.8 billion AA samples/sec fill rate
700 billion operations per second
0.15-micron manufacturing process
$200 MSRP
Notes
NVIDIA's GeForce3 Ti 200 pares the GeForce2 Ti's 400MHz memory with a slightly slower (175MHz versus 200MHz in the GeForce3) GeForce3 core. As a result, fill rate is a little lower than GeForce3 (2.8 billion AA samples/sec versus 3.2 billion in the original GeForce3) as is memory bandwidth (6.4GB/sec versus 7.36GB/sec), but GeForce3 Ti 200 makes up for this with its incredibly low $200 price tag. We have a feeling the enthusiast community will be all over this board. Just think, with a little bit of overclocking, you can have your card running faster than a stock GeForce3 in no time! The GeForce3 Ti 200 replaces the GeForce2 Ultra in NVIDIA's lineup.

8.0GB/sec memory bandwidth
3.84 billion AA samples/sec fill rate
960 billion operations per second
0.15-micron manufacturing process
$350 MSRP
Notes
The new flagship of NVIDIA's lineup is the GeForce3 Ti 500. Fortunately the "500" in Ti 500 refers to the 500MHz DDR memory utilized by the Ti 500 and not its price (which is $350). NVIDIA has also raised the clock speed of the core to 240MHz, allowing the core to process up to 960 billion operations per second. Besides the core and memory clock changes, the Ti 500 remains the same as the GeForce3, transistor count and manufacturing process remain the same.
