First, let me say that everyone did a great job and thanks for all of your participation. I hope that you enjoy the hardware provided by AMD, Gigabyte and OCZ and that it provides years of reliable service.

OK, so here are the results.
1st Place: Jarrodthome
2nd Place: Deux
3rd Place: odoyle721

Deux was by far the most proficient overclocker of all the finalists. His article was also the most technical and comprehensive. Unfortunately he scored low in the other categories and this knocked him out of 1st place.
Jarrad won with a combination of good writing, solid overclocking, and general all around high level of effort and entertainment.
Odolye721 performed solidly across all categories.
Bugman had a very solid performance and missed a 3rd place tie by only a couple of points.

Holy Cow!!!

First of all, a definite big round of applause and much respect to the other compet1tors. This was a very enjoyable contest and a very pleasant and top rate group of people to "compete" with--it truly did feel like more of a community builder than anything else.

Secondly, a very big and heartfelt thanks to Firing Squad for making this contest possible and for bringing in other factors to the mix. Never before have I seen a contest that enables enthusiasts of various backgrounds to contribute and compete on a weighted basis like this.

Finally, I'll reiterate another thanks to the sponsors who reach out and give back to their supporters by providing us with some great hardware and a great opportunity to put it to the test. I will definitely continue to support these companies.
