Ricochet off a monster's teeth

Wow.. while this thing was killing me I caught a shot of one of my bullets ricochetting off of it's teeth. Head shots don't exactly work in that scenario.

That little blue one is an endurance artifact.. It is rare to see a bullet bounce off a monster because thier armor is high.

Guess you gotta get the armor penetrating rounds goin :) What artifacts are the ones that look like little helmets? I recognize the one that gives you like +30% electric shield, unless thats the one with +76 endurance, idk cuz I had to start another bloody game :(
