Last weeks quiz was a bit better than the one before it as currently
4 of 7 questions have been answered. Hopefully this weeks quiz is of
similar difficulty, but the last two sound question might be a bit too
much I fear. But those two old games, I think, are pretty well know on
their platforms.

49 is TOO EASY - in fact I was playing it last month on my ps2 (a compilation of capcom arcade classics) it is COMMANDO. Actually I played it back in '87 on the commodore 64 too.

All questions are easy if you know that answer ;)
I think that the other two images are even easier
because there were made so many games similar
to Commando.
I own the SMS version of Commando and
the Capcom arcade classics vol.1 on Xbox.

My favorite sound of this batch is sample 87.
But I like them all, which is usually a requirement for me using it.
Actually this game (sample 86) was supposed to be the best thing
since sliced bread but despite good reviews, it did disappoint
many when it failed to live up to the all the promises.

Wow a hat trick. I didn't think anyone would get Wonderboy. Interstate 76 was great, but I don't think many people played it.

Edit: You were right the first time, don't need to change your answer. Anyway, with the amount a questions you get right it's like you have borrowed all my games :)

Edit: The Wonderboy sound is from a desert level. I guess I should give you a bonus point.
Anyway of the 110 currently answered questions, you have answered 41, Jwhx is second with 22.
Someone with your knowledge of games sould try posting a quiz ;)

Wonderboy 3 is one of my all time favourite games. I was going to pick where that tune came from, but the game uses different variations of it through the whole thing. Probably the first time you encounter it is in the Sky Desert / Lizardman area.

EDIT: We do seem to have similar taste. :) The only problem now is that I recognise some of the other sounds, but couldn't really say where they were from.
