This screenshot is from Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction. I got back into this game a few months ago because my gaming pc was out of action, so I only had my laptop. This game was the best game my laptop could handle.
Anyways, I was playing with my Amazon. She is equipped with an unique charm called the Hellfire Torch. One of its abilities is that it grants a 25% chance to (automatically) cast a level 10 Firestorm. There is a place called the Secret Cow Level (the red portal in the picture), which I was trying to clear out. I was on the other side of the portal (in the cow level) firing arrows at cow monsters. I was losing health and about to die so I went back through the portal to get back into town. As I emerged into town, the charm activated Firestorm so it was casted in town (where you can't cast/use any attacks). I guess that as my arrow was traveling, I walked through the portal and as I emerged into town, the arrow hit a cow and activated the Firestorm spell.
