Engineer of Chernobyl Plant safety during meltdown.

After many years of coverups and conspiracies, this is why the Chernobyl Power plant melted down. Lead atomic engineer responsible for powerplant safety is shown, unconscious due to drinking too much vodka on the job, on archive camera film during meltdown.
