NVIDIA Turn That S#!t Up

Hello everyone!

My name is Josh and this is my entry into Nvidia’s “Crank That S#!t Up!” Contest.

When I first saw this contest I was stuck at what I should create to show how I “Crank That S#!t Up!”. After thinking long and hard, I decided that I should create a music video showing some of the best PC games out there, and the PC games which have shown a bit of Nvidia magic.

This music video is timed to the beats in the song and is designed to be of a fast pace, whilst also providing the viewer with an emotional burst. The ending was made to tease the viewer a bit.

I hope I’ve achieved my goal and I hope you all really enjoy the video. I’m really looking forward to your feedback!

I hope you enjoy the show!

~Josh

Here's a list of the games shown and the reasons why clips from them were used in the video:

Star Wars: The Old Republic (Bioware): A very hyped up PC game, that constantly recieves a lot of press attention. How could I not include it?

Guild Wars 2 (Arenanet): This is the game I'm most looking forward to on the PC. Arenanet are just amazing developers.

Mirrors Edge (DICE): For the awesome NVIDIA's PhysX effects in the game.

Starcraft 2 (Blizzard): Do I need a reason?

Final Fantasy XIV (Square Enix): The developers have worked with NVIDIA to include nVidia's 3D Vision in demo(and hopefully release) versions of the game. Final Fantasy XIV also stared on one of NVIDIA's magazine covers.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 (DICE): For the DirectX11 effects, and because it's one of my most loved recent PC games.

The editing is good but the whole theme of video has been done to death.

True that, almost everyone else (including me) has done a video game music video of sorts. The only difference is that some do it better than others.

Not bad, but I didn't see anything that would make it stand out to be honest. Only a 6 from me, sry.

PS: You will still have to find a way to compress your video down and upload it here to be eligible as an entry.
