Dawn of War II Contest! Posted 49 months agoHere at Firing Squad we have Eldar, and Orks, and Tyranids, OH MY! Lucky enough for us our Xenos friends have brought along some goodies that we want to pass along to you! For this contest we have
● 5-8 Dawn of War II T-shirts
● Dawn of War II game for PC
We're keeping it simple at FS and for this one we want you to write a haiku or limerick based on your thoughts of war in the future. What better way to celebrate the onset of spring then writing a poem about war? For those of you unclear about the structure of a haiku or limerick it is as follows:
Haiku - 3 line poem consisting of a total of 17 syllables. Lines 1 and 3 have 5 syllables and line 2 has 7. Rhyming is not necessary
Limerick - 5 line poem consisting of lines 1, 2, and 5 having 8 syllables and all rhyming with each other. Lines 3 and 4 have 5-6 syllables and rhyme with each other.
Feel free to do either or both! Winners will be chosen by overall user score for their entry.
