| The FTC has NO authority to fine Take Two. That is why they did not. Rockstar broke no laws, in any way, shape, or form. The software industry regulates itself, when it comes to ratings of games, even though they are not legally obligated to do so. Any fines against Take Two should be levied only by the ESRB, and voluntarily paid by Take Two, in accordance with whatever agreement it may have with the ESRB.
What I find disturbing is the willingness of people, such as yourself, to have the government impose it's will on our freedoms. You should be fined for advocating this sentiment. Flag this | Edit this post |

| So if the arctic was once tropical, something we have known for a long time, did MAN cause the global cooling that must have occurred since then?
I love how the scientists in the artical, no doubt staunch in their man-is-causing-global-warming paradigms, simply do not comment on the obvious extrapolation. Flag this | Edit this post |

| I would like to play Episode one, but it's beyond my price point I think. I would feel ripped-off if a paid $20 and then finished it in two and a half hours.
Most games that I have purchased have cost around $40 (I look for the sales) and I have gotten way more than 5 hours worth of game play out of them. I bought BF2 on day one for $39.95 and have played it for hundreds of hours. And I will continue to play it for the foreseeable future. Hard to pay half that and feel satisfied after 2 or 3 hours.
Episodic content is not a great value, really, unless you are selling it, that is. Flag this | Edit this post |
