| It's a good deal. 44 bucks. I would pay $44 just for TF2, to tell you the truth. I know I will get my money's worth in playtime out of it. I also want Ep 2. And don't forget, they are throwing in Peggle Extreme. Portal? - I could take or leave - maybe it will be fun.

| I find it interesting that the PS3 and xbox360 sales doubled after just a relatively small price drop. I think it shows that there is a big desire to own these consoles, but were just a bit too pricey.

If you read the article, you will see that instead of an indictment of government stupidity, it actually shows that there are checks and balances in place to stop this kind of thing from happening - they are just a bit sloooowwwwww in catching them.

| All you need to do is look at what happened to the VHS player market after beta-max failed. All the manufacturers started making VHS players exclusively, and the price war caused the cost of a VHS player to plummet.

| I know Carmack has not been a big DX supporter in the past, but where does it say "id Tech 5(TM)" -LOL- is based on Open GL ?
