| | I am completely there. I'll be checking out what it looks like in 3d for the first time. It'll probably be TOTALLY AMAZING. Because so far 3d vision 2 has been a 10 out of 10 for me. I'd say 3D (when it's supported) is 95% ready, more than good enough for me. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | no I'm referring to the original, although crysis 2 has the same problem (I care more about crysis 1). tried 4 different drivers by now and reinstalled the game twice. there are spots where the driver will crash every single time, namely the exit of the speed tunnel in the alien mountain in C1 and the moment where you come out of the water in C2 during the intro. in dx9 mode it works just fine. all my other dx10/11 games work good too, it's only cryengine that has this weird issue. trying to figure out the cause of this with nvidia support now. | | can't believe it doesn't have rumble, also can't believe I'm seemingly the only one in all of pc gaming who sees the interest in having a third kind of feedback from games. I'm buying the first rumble-enabled mouse I see on the market without any hesitation. would love a rumble keyboard too. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | No, I have one, the guy spends a few weeks here in Montréal every summer, he basically "freestyles" all his pieces, sure he uses quite a few templates but he can do many, many variations. Mine is a blue city with a river in the foreground at night with a starry sky and a blue moon, it's absolutely lovely. They go for 20$ including a stand. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | well if we're talking about the pc version of halo, my point stands, it's not good at all and one of the worst in its category. however to be fair I just wanted to put halo and xtreme paintbrawl in the same bunch (people who read PC gamer over 10 years ago might remember it as being rated 9%, possibly the lowest they ever gave, and many sequels were made). as for two worlds, sure not the worst game ever but it was panned by critics and many gamers alike. NFS after porsche unleashed also isn't subjective; each subsequent release is a step back from the last one and now the series is way behind the original nfs in most aspects. | | valve can fix the hundreds of hl2 bugs that weren't there before they uselessly merged the code with the x-box and mac version at the same time before hoping to see any more of my money. either that or roll it back to how it was, not exactly so fucking hard. Flag this | Edit this post |

| the game was an 8 for me, brillant overall but a few sections were frustrating and could have been reworked. sad to see there will be no sequel anytime soon.
I have to say about the game that it didn't help that we're stuck using the xbox pad on most of these ports, the joysticks are incredibly subpar for platforming, even for racing, or anything really, worst thumbstick since the n64 by far imo. I had to do some sections with the keyboard and mouse. But then I would lose rumble (yes it matters to me in this sort of game and I wish my G9x and keyboard had a vibration unit). | | I know but it is my understanding that while GPG handled the development of the actual game, Stardock was responsible for the online portion of Demigod, which was ultimately what sunk the title. They tried hard to fix it, but it was never satisfactory (and too late), and several connectivity issues remain today. I even remember they swapped the online architecture completely at some point. Sure, GPG never cared much about the game after release, but what if it had been stable connectivity-wise, things might have been well different. Flag this | Edit this post |

| well, one can tell you guys are not some cool, hip xbox360 gamers, otherwise you'd think this looks nothing short of revolutionary, perhaps even the next halo!
seriously though, what the hell is taking so long with this project, can't get decent fps out of that old ass half-pc you put all your money on, iD? Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I never got the point of this whole thing. If it was to broaden the player base, it didn't work much. This is what they should have done in the first place: release the Tales of Valor campaigns for free, include internet-based tracking of the three campaigns and offer a nice discount on regular CoH+OF as well as ToV's multiplayer modes and units also for free to those who completed it. Everyone mildly interested in strategy games would have downloaded it, realized CoH is awesome and wanting more, and would have went on getting the full game. Instead, the latest entry in the franchise is rated a 7.0 on meta by both panels. Flag this | Edit this post |
