Sorry but I call bullsh**. That or a severe lack of humility and humor, where you feel the need to attack someones lighthearted attempt to make people laugh.
It's like making an alzheimers joke "learn something new every day" for example. I have an aunt with alzheimers, but even SHE would laugh at that one.
