| There were 2 main problems that Sony had at the PS3's launch. Tretton only mentions 1.
1. The launch cost of the PS3 was just too high.
2. Limited availability. Yes, there were millions of people that wanted a PS3 at launch. Some wanted it to make a profit. Some were willing to buy no matter what the cost. And the majority wanted a PS3, but felt that the cost was too high or simply could not find one. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Gee big suprise. Lower the price and suddenly there is a boost is sales. If only they had listened to virtually everyone not employed by Sony at the system's launch. It the long term, it will be good exclusive games that will continue to sell the system. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Yea,$600.00 is still too much to pay even with a free game and extra storage space.
Microsoft is not perfect, but at least they are lowering their prices across the board instead of just throwing in extra stuff for the same price. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Maybe Beckham should take a lesson from this guy. Since his playing time is reduced because of his ankle injury, perhaps he should "bring underprivileged kids to a practice session of the Los Angeles Galaxy". The kids could watch him sit on the sidelines. Flag this | Edit this post |

| I am so sick and tired of these "celebrities" getting away with breaking the law. $25,000 bail is chump change. Most people could not afford that. She was able to pay the bail but couldn't pay for a taxi or a designated driver.
Did these rehab centers even do anything for these people? Flag this | Edit this post |
