| I have to agree. There is no possible excuse for this. At best, the child will probably have permanent brain damage. Personally, I think that the charges are far too light.
If the child dies, I can only hope the woman goes to prison and meets up with less than thrilled folks. Flag this | Edit this post |

| So, what's your point? ;0)
I'm guessing that the next gen will require a separate 220Volt 200 AMP supply to your house...
Good news, you won't need a water heater, just water cool the block and run a heat exchanger coil through your current water heater... Or you can build your own cooling tower like you see at power plants. Flag this | Edit this post |

| "Apparentle"?
Seriously, it is amazing to watch folks like this. I'd be willing to bet that she hasn't read an entire Potter book and is probably being spurred on by some one-sided discussion about the books at church...
Oh and BTW sweetheart (referring to this lady), when would you start letting the kids understand that there are other belief systems in the world? In her mind, probably never because she's one of the folks with the "correct" answer to the Universe, just ask her... Flag this | Edit this post |

| You know, you should learn to open up and say what you really mean... ;)
Seriously, I think that you're dead on about the properties right-click. I'll get used to it. However, it'd been nice if they would give us an "expert" or at least a "not new to computers" option that would provide the XP right-click experience. Flag this | Edit this post |

| I have to agree with "what do you expect". The orientation of the community is not exactly a tightly kept secret.
My worry is that there are extremists in any population and that trouble may eventually erupt.
During a recent vist my family, especially my kids, was verbally assaulted while just walking down the street. No comments by us, no judgmental behavior, h#ll, we don't care what lifestyle you have, but we were actively sought out. And why pick on kids?
There's an obvious feeling of imperviousness displayed in the behaior that I witnessed and I'm afraid that will eventually lead to some form of backlash. Flag this | Edit this post |
