| | I agree with you but I do believe that digital downloads ARE growing on people. Just look at all of the digital music download services (iTunes, Rhapsody, Napster, etc), And Netflix now has a way to watch movies online. The more companies implement these features in as an alternative the easier it will be to completely covert to digital downloads in the future, of course I think it will take years upon years (I don't see people giving up their physicals). | | Great Marketing, and Concept. I'll take those two. GameCube fell under the slick design (I thought it was very powerful for being so small) and cheap. I'll also add in "word of mouth". How else are old people finding out about this, all they watch is "Price is Right" and "Matlock" and I know for damn sure that there are no Wii commercials on during those things. | | we got 24 in at Costco yesterday, all sold out in about an hour. I don't get it, yeah Zelda rocks and so does Super Mario Galaxy but their counter-parts on the GameCube were good too. Just because it has a waggly remote people are treating this thing like the second coming of Jesus. I do have one, and I do like it, I'm just confused/intrigued about its popularity.
