| | The weirdest things I've ever encountered when working on a customer's PC have been a dead mouse in one and not a family of cockroaches, but an entire kingdom in another. A customer bought a new PC on a Friday and brought it back Monday saying it just quit working. I opened it up and those tiny roaches were everywhere. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | People complain because it takes developers too long to put out a game and then they complain because they don't wait long enough. Besides, I don't think you can say they're screwing customers until you play the game. It may turn out that everyone will realize that it's a great game that couldn't have been done as DLC or it could be a bad rehash thrown together for money. With their track record I'm hoping for the prior, but I do think opinions should be held until the game arrives. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | There are games that in theory should be fun for the Wii, but in practice they're not. Case in point: I'm torn on what console to buy Ghostbusters for. The idea of motion-control for the game sounds fun, but how different will the game be and will the controls be any good? Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I see no problem with it. There are so many armchair developers saying "there's no reason they couldn't have done it as DLC", but if it's really that different there may well be a reason they couldn't do it that way. Also, if they split the campaigns and release 2-3 for ~$20 each, plus more for the weapons and what not, that pretty much equals the cost of a new game anyway. I think the whining should at least be saved until the game is released. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I think it is just a matter of too soon. Sure we play games based on other wars, but the most recent of those has been over for more than 30 years. I think if your loved one just died a few years back in this particular battle you wouldn't want to see a game based on it. Which is probably why most modern war type games use fictional settings. | | The animated movie had some of the action and fun of the original trilogy, but it went too cartoony with all the nicknames (Skyguy?) and baby Hutt. I think the current animated series tries to walk the line between the two, but sometimes loses. I liked the two-part episode where the CIS have the huge ion cannon. So it's not so bad to me.
