It's amazing to me how there exist customers that support companies that shovel so much bullshit up their asses until it comes spewing out of their mouths. You support blu-ray format. Why? So Sony can make more money to make more shoddy products? All that comes from them are shitty proprietary formats. Their solution to that is even more shoddier proprietary formats. Beta Max, UMD, ATRAC, Mini-Disc, SACD & Memory Stick (the number of which could fill a tome..., Memory Stick Standard, Duo,Pro Duo, Micro, Pro-HG).

All their other products also suck shit too. I've had 2 Sony DVD-rom drives that failed, a DVD+-RW that failed, and a shitty defective laptop battery that would explode without indication if used for a second longer. Wow I guess Sony makes great stuff. It's not enough that I have crappy stuff, but my house needs to burn down too.

Also who even wants to put up with a piece of crap company that fills their products with drm that wrecks everything. The whole rootkit debacle is clearly the zenith of their product lineup, but I must also add their new DVD protection is also an unbelievable failure. Their updated Arcoos protection bullshit added a whole bunch of useless junk to the dvd to prevent users from ripping it. However the most ironic part of this is that these movies (Casino Royale, Rocky, Stranger than Fiction) fail to play in their own Sony DVD players. If you asked for help on this issue, you'd be redirected by their crappy customer service to update the dvd player with a patch that didn't even exist yet. Unbelievable. NO Q&A. No R&D. All Bullshit.

Have to agree that the Cell processor is completely a piece of shit when it comes to gaming. The cpu is an inorder execution processor and excels mainly in floating point math--both useless for gaming. I've also seen contests where students are supposed to develop new creative "solutions" for the Cell processor since noone else can think of what else the garbage chip can be used for.

Any of you guys play Convoy (best level ever made) or instagib? On another note, every logitech mouse I ever used (including mx series) I hated. I'd notice a significant drop in my accuracy while using logitech but I never tried this mouse overclock. Logitech makes great peripherals (z-680 speakers have to be one of best out there) but their mice leave much to be desired.

I have to agree with re01590. Doctor Sinister should definitely become a cop.
Your qualifications:
Ur a dumba$$. You utilize improper grammer so you fit the low intelligence qualification.
Also you're a piece of shit who thinks if you have a gun and a badge you can do whatever the hell you want. That's typical thinking of police. All guns, all ego, and no brains. Too bad they don't follow their own motto. Too bad police sit on their asses trying to fine people for speeding/jaywalking instead of catching theives or actually helping people. I bet you're already enrolled in Police Academy of Shitheads or you're already an instructor there.

Can't agree with you on the argument of using spdif out of a sound card. If you are gonna use spdif why did you buy an expensive sound card (think x-fi) with a dedicated DSP to process the audio--so that you can basically pass it through the sound card, completely undecoded (might as well use the onboard audio-would hardly make a difference), leaving your speakers to do the work and that's only if your speakers even have that capability. Also there's no way to send the EAX multichannel sound from a game to your speakers through spdif (only exception was nforce2). So I advise you and others, use the analog out connections from your dedicated sound card, unless you like stereo sound

I don't understand people who say gears of war won't work well on the pc. Are you all thick in the head? First off shooters are perfect on the pc. Ask any real gamer and they prefer a mouse/keyboard over a crappy gamepad anyday. Second Epic Games has always made amazing games for the pc (->>Unreal series). So I guess by inferring from their past track record one must come to the conclusion that the gears of war game will be crappy on the pc...only if you're a total dumbass.

Don't be a dumbass.
Paid players don't play better than nonpaid ones. In fact, the opposite is true. Why there are players being paid millions of dollars to do something others do for free and outperform them is beyond me (i also don't understand why people bitch about paying 3 dollars a gallon for gasoline and then buy bottled water 1$ per half liter but that's another story). Considering that I've seen 10 year old kids make more freethrows than the highest paid (20 mil) NBA player [Shaq], I have little respect for any of them. But since they are paid so much you'd think they'd go to Athens and play but no they whine and bitch how they need more millions of dollars to wipe their sorry asses. The only explanation for this scenario is that "there's a sucker born every minute" and people will drive in droves to witness mediocrity. It's too bad noone in the NBA has passion for the game; it's just give me more money or I'm leavin.

IE6 is the worst browser ever created. Because of microsoft web devs have to write crap code since microsoft doesnt feel the need to comply with w3c standards. This limits productivity and development (because of IE devs waste time writing all these css "hacks" to work around IE's inability to render css properly, also can't run ajax apps properly) let alone its riddled with holes exploitable by anyone. So basically IE6 is most popular because of its horrible feature set, lack of w3c adherence, unending list of bugs/holes. Makes sense to me. Any computer user who doesnt consider themself a n00b should use Firefox or Opera as both are much better alternatives to IE. Opera and IE both have tabbed browsing support which one would think IE would have but no better to fill up my desktop with a hundred ie windows. Opera takes this a step further with a feature called sessions where even if you close Opera you can reopen it with all your previous tabs. Of course if you like to use the worst piece of browser software ever created (only monopolizing the market through bundling with windows), then use internet explorer.
