| | Wow, what an ugly chunk of plastic. It looks straight out of 1977 sans the "cool light". I use cool light in a sarcastic tone for all you idiots. What a joke, the only ones buying this are the rich kids with parent's money to throw away to try and be "elite". Flag this | Edit this post |

| Grammar is an AWESOME skill to learn, perhaps you should take away some time from gaming and get on the treadmill of Grammar Education.
Simply put, a MMORPG developer CANNOT add FREE Content to a game on a regular basis without having a source of constant income, in this case monthly subscription fees. I've played Guild Wars and it's great for what it is, short grind to 20 then non stop PvP, however that's not for me. To deny that Guild Wars is a short game with an EXTREME lack of End Game content is laughable. Sure you get playtime out of it, but simply put it doesn't have an eighth of the content that World of Warcraft has.
You pay the fee for constant addition and the like, if you don't want to pay it, fine, who cares, but if you're going to play an MMORPG you're going to pay, it's that simple. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I don't give a shit if there is a EULA or not, should I call it ADWARE? Would that make it more acceptable to your feeble little mind? It's the basic fact that EA REQUIRES YOU TO INSTALL MONITORING PROGRAMS to play a game you paid for. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Straight from Google Definitions
Spyware
Any software that covertly gathers user information through the user's Internet connection without his or her knowledge, usually for advertising purposes. Spyware applications are typically bundled as a hidden component of freeware or shareware programs that can be downloaded from the Internet. Once installed, the spyware monitors user activity on the Internet and transmits that information in the background to someone else. Spyware can also gather information about e-mail addresses and even passwords and credit card numbers. Also called adware.
Now... Please tell me what the difference is sir ass bag. It's not secret in this case perhaps, but other then that there is absolutely no difference. And don't even try the High and Mighty "I know more then you shit" because it's not going to work. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I don't care if there is a work around or not. The simple fact that they're pulling that kind of BS with a game they charge $50 for is completely ludacris. If the game was free, whatever, but paying money to have Spyware installed? Give me a break Flag this | Edit this post |

| WTF are you talking about? How about you get your mouth off of the Bears? Sure, they won, they didn't deserve to win, nor did the Cardnials after choking on that. But to deny Leinart's performance against the Bear's is insane. Grossman choked, Leinart played fantastic, to bad his Special Teams and Defense couldn't hold them that last play. Oh, I forgot the kicker, don't even need to go on that.
If you're going to make a sports post, learn your game first, and don't be a fan boi. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | The reality is they save no money vs. a boxed game. Valve charges $$$ to distribute your game over their software. Thus no savings to the end user. For a Digital Download to be viably cheaper, you have to cut out the distributor completely, in this case Valve. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | The NFL giving EA an exclusive deal is Sweet! (sarcasm off) Madden 07 is a piece of shit, it bumped up the graphics and updated rosters, other then that there is no innovation. God damn I miss the 2K Series of football games, to bad we won't be seeing them until 2011 again! This content should be free, to repay the users who bought the jank ass game. | | The big deal with Digital Delivery imho is the Independent Developers. They don't have to search for a distributor, those indie developers racking in the money on a GOOD game, will be able to create one hell of a game after hiring. I personally buy all the games I can online, and prefer it that way. Flag this | Edit this post |
