Lucid dreaming is fantastic, but has stability issues. Even the most proficient people have to use the same tricks to stabilize a dream and maintain "high" lucidity.

Hopefully, technology can alleviate this problem someday. Augmented REM so it lasts all night... 8 hours of dreaming would be wicked.

No "offline mode" during all of this was stupid.

Steam is not currently capable of being forced into offline mode with a command line switch or anything.

They must add this.

I officially declare that "Any process by which integers are simulated within quantum computers" is my intellectual property.

Also, quantum booleans.

Aubrey de Grey just got the biggest boner in the world.

Hopefully this makes it past trials.

Did anyone see the technology demo for Alan Wake (not the trailers)? If they can do that with 4 cores, and they want to release 48 cores...

I wonder what that says for the future of PhysX

A face would be too ambiguous anyhow (especially to tentacle species). If you wanted to leave a lasting impression of your existence, how about a series of giant, diamond, geometric primitives? Big ass cube for the win!

Adult-sized crotchless (and other missing pieces of fabric) armour of god PJs are the new fetish. Same with LDS "gammies" for fundimentalist on mormon action.

No electronics though. That would be tainting them.

小心滑倒 ... I know it's Chinese, but lets turn it into Japanese for fun. Maybe it's a 四字熟語 (yojijukugo).

小心滑倒
しょうしんずれたおす.
shoushinzuretaosu....

Cowardly slippery fall?

Only the timid slip and fall?

The cowardly slip and are overthrown?
