| | Yest again Sony take a dump on European gamers. The model over here won't feature the emotion engine? How much more 'cost saving' measures are Sony going to make for the European PS3? A reason why people bought a PS2 early on was that they could use their older PSX games on it. As the PS3 isn't going to be cheap and the games are going to be expensive, backwards compatibility is an attractive feature. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | It won't be aimed solely at gamers though, this package would be aimed at the premium HD HTPC crowd that would want a 360 mainly to take advantage of Xbox live marketplace and possibly HD-DVD and as a games machine second. They can charge at whatever price they want because the enthusiast crowd are prepared to pay such prices. Also bear in mind that this model would have a HDD 100GB bigger than the base PS3 model and is still cheaper excluding a HD-DVD add-on Flag this | Edit this post |

| Here's a gem :
PWN or PWNED -- Thr styff of lemgendz: Gamer defeats gamer, types in "I pwn you" rather than I OWN you.
"This word is just an overly used Internet typo. It has been overused to the point that people who play online games are using it in everyday speech." -- Tory Rowley, Corunna, Michigan.

| | Doesn't tell us anything. He put the disc in the XXXbox (haha couldn't resist) and an illicit image popped up on screen just like that? Somethings not right there, if it did just pop up like that thousands of people would be complaining. Sounds more like he downloaded the pic onto the Xbox and just got caught looking at it. Though if EA get sued for supplying porno to a kid I'd laugh. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I think that this should really be for the server owners out there, it's really expensive to run a server and in game ads would help cover costs. In that situation I certainly wouldn't mind in-game ads at all. But Valve doesn't need any more revenue rolling in and certainly not EA. Flag this | Edit this post |
