BioShock was the most boring and pointless experience in years. i HATED the console feel and gameplay of this turd, it felt like a mod and not a cohesive world at all.( little details like the flames / invisible walls on the first level, just there to guide you to the door / pf linear console garbage )
HATED the lack of inventory, unrefined combat, poor ai ( big daddy why are you stuck there?)also the fact that you cant interact with the world, just kill hordes of crazy monsters, listen to logs, and upgrade your gimmicky powers, total console trash. Flag this | Edit this post |

| 2 late. nintendo wins. BTW sony / m$ promised hd graphics and instead delivered sub 720 resolution, screen tearing, horrible popup / LOD terrible sub 30fps framerate IN ALL GAMES.

unreal engine 3 doesnt even support antialiasing (yet)
but i agree with you. gears its a cool looking game.nice art direction mostly 2 hide the fact that it doesn't have AA nor AF at all
(and yes, it looks smooth, but using other tricks i dont really want 2 explain here)
it also runs at 30fps or lees
+ not a lot of enemies on screen (emergency holes WTF) + small environments + scripted AI
+ downgraded textures ( again nice tricks 2 hide it)
nice looking game, but its a console vers
