| In the air force or any other military branch, you can't use your uniform out of base and especially not for commercial purposes. Thats abuse of government property no matter how big or small. She had it coming.
And shes a mother of two... What a shame. Flag this | Edit this post |

| OK, a few things:
1) Lightsabers + Wii version = Perfect duo
2) PC version with no signs of a console port, meaning no crappy controls, no lame camera views, etc.
3) Good job on the fact that it isn't a game based on one of the movies, those were really annoying!
4) Better be all physics so I can grab inanimate objects with the Force and hurl it at my enemy.
5) Multiplayer = must.
6) Single-player Gameplay = KOTOR
If these things are met, then this game will rule. Flag this | Edit this post |

| Oh what joy... ET:QW is gonna be dumbed down into a horrendous console port and we(the PC folks) are gonna suffer... unless we can play against Xbox 360 and the PS3 gamers. >=)
I hate how greedy these gaming companies are becoming. Flag this | Edit this post |

| iTunes is only successful because the iPod is successful because the iPod has a unique design, very simple, a nice looking piece of pop culture and a long-lasting battery life (and some good sound quality).
Seeing that Apple forces you to use iTunes, people saw the advertisements to go use the music store, they did, they find the cheap price of $1 for a music track or a movie episode and they download it and put it in their iPod.
Steam is popular because Valve forces you to use it as a means to download updates and more for your favorite Valve games, some of which are extremely popular such as Counter-Strike and Half-Life.
Virgin is popular because.... Well they did publish Command & Conquer 1 before EA took over... Flag this | Edit this post |

| There is so much on the culture of video gaming that I can make an entire encyclopedia-sized book on it, so I only put in a few terms and things. Like the introduction states, the gaming culture, like other vast cultures, contains many sub-cultures that came from individual games, genres, clans, communities, etc.
To let you know, for the "Slang and Terminology" section, it is devoted to slang derived from gaming and is not to be confused with Internet slang, which consists of all the abbreviations like lol and rofl and more.
Also please be aware that any terms related to computers or actual video game consoles have been left out because this is about gaming.
This blog entry is also more an informative article than the portraying of one's emotions or thoughts.
I put forth a lot of time and effort on this and I hope you enjoyed and I'd appreciate any and all criticism and comments. Flag this | Edit this post |

| The Rift Generator is something I remember playing in Dark Reign: The Future of War (1997 RTS from Auran/Activision). 'Twas tons of fun.
Can't wait! All the awesome superweapons, awesome graphics, and my nostalgia for C&C. xD
But GDI seems rather pathetic compared to the awesomeness of the Nod and Scrin. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Too true. Too true. But Oblivion was still fun in many moments. I did shell out 100 hours to just play the entirety of the game. But I just got so bored of the generic dungeons. Flag this | Edit this post |

| | Hehe, I love Blood Elves. I just about abandoned my lvl 65 tauren hunter (except for when I use her for twinking). But I am not a goth teen girl. =) Everyone in my workplace just plays WoW, thought I'd give it a try and now I am hooked. ^_^ Flag this | Edit this post |
