| I disagree, you do need a supercomputer or someones lying, I have an AMD 64 and a GF7800GTX and I struggle with low everything and a low rez, the best I seem to be able to play is 1280x1024 with everything low except physics, water and shaders at medium, still I still get a pretty low fps of 20, this was on the demo, who knows maybe the patch did make things better, I admit I saw an improvement with the GF drivers
@ ZeroGuardian
the GF7800 had an update, it was the 7900GTX Flag this | Edit this post |

| | not surprising seeing as you'd have a large install base from the beginning with CS players then theres the fact that you can buy tons of games through it, especially enticing for aussie players seeing as they cost significantly less than in stores here, except for those games like CoD4 that get price fixed :/ i'd 'really' like to know the sales figures for CoD4 over steam after the price hike Flag this | Edit this post |

| I think i'll wait for the inevitable PC version as MS ships it off to PC with all the extra XBL content and some exclusives,
btw, I saw the trailer and was the space battle cool? I love huge space battles :P and it looked kinda cool Flag this | Edit this post |

| "will include four new missions not included in the console versions of the game."
for some this is an incentive to buy the game, for me it pushes me away, I was looking at the 360 versions when I get a 360 but I want ALL the features but I don't know if my computer can play it, I think I may skip the game entirely now, I hate it when different versions of the same game have different content :/ Flag this | Edit this post |

| "Red Faction 3 will continue the franchise's theme of highly destructible environments."
I look forward to see how the tech has evolved, i've only played the original and while it was entertaining to see walls blow up it felt a little gimmicky as there was no gameplay effects on it and other than that a few linear puzzles which were actually bad because I got stuck not knowing where to go, I eventually got on my way by throwing explosives randomly until I accidentally blew a hole into the next section Flag this | Edit this post |

| it's not that I don't like poetry (i'm using poetry in another comp atm) it's just that for years i've used poetry and all these lame one liner responses kept winning, so I come here and decide to go for one liners and all of a sudden the poetry starts winning :/
doesn't matter I wouldn't win anyway, i'm sure no ones willing to pay shipment to Australia anyway ;) Flag this | Edit this post |

| my preference is the Tiberium universe as I never played Red Alert and disliked Generals (had potential but they screwed it up when it had no story)
Red Alert 3 seems more logical imo anyway, btw, wasn't RA suppose to be the beginning of the tiberium universe but they stuffed it up with RA2? Flag this | Edit this post |

| | I'm not calling Valve evil because they're popular, I have constantly been burned by them in the past, purchasing the HL2 Collectors Edition, having updates being shoved down my throat causing me to be unable to play my games, having offline mode not working again causing me to be unable to play my games, making me pay full price for an 'episodic' title, I don't hate them because they're popular, I hate them because they seem (from my perspective) to have little interest in the user Flag this | Edit this post |

| | this will likely spell doom for the PPU, which is a good thing, having it implemented with the GPU will ensure that physics will evolve as Nvidia will have the power to force such a thing with devs even though AMD cards will struggle Flag this | Edit this post |
