| Some of the best messages I have seen lately is from mmorpgod and dream_surgeon with the asking of GOD to bless us all and I also ask that GOD bless us all in the new year coming up as we all have challanges to face in life and not very easy these days. Wish the best to all in this contest as it would make a great present. There are some who truely deserve to win but others who complain about not getting while have high grade systems, the greedy ones and the ones who put in multiple enteries.....well, good luck to you too.
All of us would love to win, I have just been crippled up by bad back surgery and at my age[51] should be set for life instead of always scraping the bottom of the barrel to keep roof overhead sure would love to have one nice setup in my time but we all can't win. | | Hey orangebud, just caught this crap you wrote, first off you should be thrown out of not just this contest but the forums all together, your bad mouthing, not just me but all your blogs is a bit too much to say the least, seems you are the only one who counts in the contest and in this world, the world does not revolve aroind you as you may like to think it does.You nor anyone else deserves to win as it is a contest. You most certainly need to get your sorry *ss back in school to learn how to spell, you know sh*t about this nor anything else you wrote about pertaining to me or anyone else in this matrix and a sorry ass excuse for a human being, a shelfish sob who thinks that a fan using a fan in the past is a real reason for being given a sli rig. Have more years worked than you are alive and don't run to mommy and daddy for handouts. Bottom line is, you don't have a clue to anything you write about, you must be a drug addict if you been taking those meds since 14 and do all your reasearch on them,only thing you can do like a doctor is write as nobody can understand you either. You are clueslees about anything, especially the medical world...190mgs a day would kill someone and they don't make them in 50mgs. Stay out of my country if you don't like it, this means contests or anything else you can try to steal,scam, win or otherwise. | | Could wite you a book but.....just had 3 back surgeries past 4 yrs, took out 3 disc's on the last, now have rods, screws, plates, etc in my back, did nerve damage, take oxycodone[percocet] a few times a day, klonopin[sedative] and some other crap. Lost my teeth due to the meds. Screwed for life, still suffer with pain even after all the pills as you get used to them, can't wear shoes half the time as the nerve damage goes to the feet. Think that's enough for now as I would never lie about my disability nor make fun of nor lie about someone else's. Not a laughing matter. Reason for entering this is for a chance to win as most forums are made up of people younger than I and as you put it make the shit up,most not funny, not sure if allowed to use that word but if not will edit. Offered an invite twice to any non believers and trust me not a fun life. Can send you a stack of about 6 inches high of paper work too. Learned how to build computers with the time I have but don't have the money for anything good. Not crying about game settings not being high enough as I can't afford the equip to play them on but took a chance and entered this in hopes of having a nice rig. Can borrow the cash for taxes and games but not to buy a rig like this. Not asking for anything special, just stated my case in hopes of winning, no one deserves to win, it's a contest. Hope that answers your questions a little better, hopefully for a few others too as I get tired of typing all this after doing all the paper work trying to get help from the goverment. | Sure does suck, take about 12 meds a day, need a cane and will never be able to work again..3 back surgeries in the past 4 yrs...the worst part is the doc who screwed me up tells me "learn to live with it", screw him too! Would be nice to have a nice setup as the computer is my way of life since I can't travel, etc, just sit in my corner most of the time staring at the screen, would be nice to try out some of the new games out but with an AMD 4000 and biostar board can't do much, reason for entering this contest.Enjoy the FPS games. As I said in an earlier blog I invite all if you care to come and visit and you will see it's true, I don't lie nor play phony games. Appreciate your support in this and thanks for writing. Hope you have a chance at winning too, 2 more prizes left, and hope you have a good Christmas.

| | gfouts15, very good comment, sure there are more than I who cannot afford a good rig but don't consider "almost a winner" any kind of tradgedy,nor not having a rig that can't max out every game, etc. a death is a tradgedy, what happened to me is a tradgedy and other things are tradgedies but not almost a winner.As I stated before it sounds more like greed. Also as I stated I entered to try and win something I will never be able to afford. If you read correctly you already know that I am older than most in this and at 51 should be set for life but sometimes unfornate things happen and I live week to week waiting for that little check they send me, usually when they decide to send it. Have the knowledge to build them and have been gaming since I found out how to use a computer, up until 2 years ago I was still running a PIII 550 with 256 ram, now a biostar 6100 with a AMD 4000 and a little bit more memory. I don't look for hand outs, have no one to fall back on and figured I would enter to try and win something nice instead of playing quake and half life mods. So an almost a winner is not a tradgedy, could have used a different machine to collect a prize and could be well worse off than where he/she is now and even worse than my situation....2 people out of work for 8 months,definitly a problem there, won't say any more..... wish I was able to work...going crazy after only a few weeks..I'm out to make friends but also speak my mind and truth......as I tell all....be grateful for what you have, things can always be worse! | | To al my new friends here at firingsquad.....entered this contest with truth, have no reason to lie about being disabled, try it sometime, not easy, most don't have the balls to even try to live with the pain and disability I go thru everyday, have no complaints that my rig is not good enough to play all the new games on max settings as I cannot play most of them with an AMD 4000, while the rest have rigs that cost big bucks, latest hardware and still complain, some probably have parents who buy for them, I'm not greedy, don't tell bull stories, have more years worked than most have lived but would be nice to be able to have a nice rig, reason for entering this contest as I cannot afford to buy one. Not into smart mouths/remarks like lortfan or Ging9 or the fact that someone has 3 kids[use protection then] and his machine can't do max settings on all the new stuff or a girl who thinks she is the only girl in the world nor do I play stupid kiddie games either. All are invited to come to Virgina Beach and visit if you don't believe me. Thank you all for listening and do ask the rest for their vote in helping me win as the reasons I stated are nothing but the truth. | | To be honest it was your choice, I did not have a choice when the doc crippled me due to bad back surgery......will never be able to work again, can barely keep a roof overhead let alone being able to own what you have.....sounds like greed to me.......try living in pain 24/7 even with all the pain pills....not a fun life.
