| » Enjoying AoC Got my Templar to 74 last night, and have a couple alts in the 30s. It's engaging, and allows a good variety of play-- grouping isn't always necessary, although the raiding is starting to come together nicely. I won't lie, it needs a lot of work (esp in the areas of optimization and crafting), but it's got good potential. If you can't handle balancing, nerfs, what have you, you'd be better off staying away. Same, if low fantasy isn't your thing. I played WoW for three plus years, and eventually the treadmill killed it for me (that and huge time commitments for the chance of a slight upgrade). Flag this | Edit this post |

| Really enjoying it, fast levels until the 50s, then it slows down, as it should. Rush to end game and complain there's no content... come back in 6 months and there will be plenty. Best thing about it is that the cartoony, kiddy aspect is absent.
There are no MMOs on the horizon that are more appealing, personally, so I have no reason to look to anything else. Patience works, for me. Flag this | Edit this post |

| » Game rocks Well worth it... runs well and I'm at about mid recommendations. The combat is involving and requires more attention to what's happening than any other MMO I've played. There's also an easy to access menu that brings up the PvP game options and allows you to queue from anywhere. Finally, there's a different leveling system for pvp and pve, so while my DT is level 25, he's still only level 1 in PvP. Flag this | Edit this post |

| » Sweet, looking forward to it... I have elites scattered around many levels, so you'll prolly get to meet them all as you level. What class are you considering for elite? Flag this | Edit this post |

| » Tested it Ok, I invited one of my alts... what happens is that when you log on, you should see a command line that says "type /gaccept to accept" or something. If you don't see that when you log on (it's in the chat box), let me know and I'll try again. I'm on as ArthurPrime, Eviscera, or Kannit usually if you want to buddy list them all for now.
