My friend is an aspiring tattoo artist so I let him practice on me for this contest. Then I took a picture of my face. Then I did some Photoshopping... :P Enjoy!

Allow our international members to submit entries and be part of the contest. 2.) Extend the deadline for the contest to April 26th.
