-Best 3d sound I've ever heard.
-Very good graphics(but nothing near DOOM3/HL2)
-I like how most things can be knocked over/broken
-Bullet time looks cooler with a small added feature.
-Very good action, the rag doll physics is really convincing.
-Some innovative levels. (Liked the fun house)
-You can kill civilians without reprecautions(very few inbetween but that's what makes killing them so good) ;)
-Mona Sax looks good during comic
-Max doesn't constipate anymore.
-VERY Good acting and voice during cutscenes.

-Story not as straight forward and engrossing as the first.
-Kind of short, too many of those dumbass dream levels.
-grenades hard to control it's precise location
-not enough scripted sequence to make it look more like a movie.
-Mona Sax looks horrible in 3D, she looks like a dutch wife(search this one up in google) heh.

This is definitely not a bad game at all. This maybe the best NEW game available right now for the PC. I actually finished this game, unlike most games that turn me off after a few levels. Maybe for Max Payne 2 to be short is a good thing because you actually can finish it without ever being bored. None of the levels in MP2 is boring at all, except 1 dream level.
This is the only game that does slow motion RIGHT. Not matrix, not chaser or other dumb ass wannabes. If you've never played Max Payne 1 this will blow you away!! If you've played MP1, this will definitely not bore you but it just won't meet any high expectations. And if you want John Woo action, this is it!!!!!!
