-Can be very scary

-crisp weapon sounds
-scary ghost sounds
-Graphics are very smooth on my amd2100/ati 9700 with everything high.
-Very satisifing kills
-The way enemy dies is very fun to watch with many weapons.
-Good time killer.
-Optional Goals to unlock items/levels extends gameplay.
-Monster bosses are awesome to look at.
-Very beautiful and fun level designs.
-almost every level is very unique.

-Rock music during fights gets repetitive.
-kills the scary mood(could be a good thing for some people)
-Optional Goals many times way too tedious for the reward it gives.
-Not enough weapons(only 5 or 6), but they all have dual modes. Two has triple modes.
-Gets numb killing monster after a while.

Overall, from the outside it is like another DOOM game. But the little things inside that makes it a very refreshing title and gameplay that I haven't seen in a year or two. If you like to pure violence without much story line, this is a good game for you.
