-New units add more strategy and excitement to each battle.
-The new 28 campaign missions will keep you away from your real life until the final rewarding cinematic.
-Same great balanced gameplay, runs nicely on nearly all low end systems. (p3 800mhz, 128ram, gf2mx)
-MP still has endless hours of fun

-I'm not deducting points for this matter, but I had occasional color changes and spots on the maps tended to go black. I have an overclocked Radeon 9500, ABIT IS7, P4 3ghz 800fsb, 512 corsair ddr400.. I'm certain it's my 9500 that's causing this since no one else seems to have this problem : o
- None really, all-out small strategic battles.

Gixwarspit, I have to disagree with your review. Saying that Frozen Throne (WC3) sucks due to the fact you're unable to build vast amounts of guard towers, lack of workers and being "not fun" shows that you're obviously a person who likes games like Age of Empires and games where you don't have to worry about the quality of your army but the quanity. WC3 is based around Heroes, expanding and the quality of your army. A level 10 hero and 12-18 units of different category can easily destroy enemy base defenses. The idea is to have a smart build, buy, and upgrade order. No base defense is needed when you have a hero with a scroll of town portal. |
