Deus Ex:Invisible War PERFECT

Slightly simplified from the original, i.e. the inventory system and the weapon ammo, having only one type of ammo for every weapon you find.

I think Deus Ex:Invisible War is just perfect. Well obviously nothing is perfect but DX:IW comes pretty close.

Many say its not as good as the original or that its console based. The truth is the first Deus Ex came first so nothing will ever be able to top it. People critisise DX:IW for being dumbed down or console based, this is true, in areas, but it doesn't really affect the game in terms of gameplay an quality. P.C. games will always have the edge over consoles with graphics etc. and it is quite obvious the X-BOX wouldn't be able to handle DX:IW with the P.C. versions graphics. The only way in which DX:IW has been affected as a result of consoles is the inventory and maybe the skill systems, both of which have been 'dumbed down'.

There isn't really any bad points about DX:IW. There maybe some bugs or imprefections in the game but these can be overlooked because of all the good points. The graphics are excellent, the sound is perfect, the story is amazing with 4 endings and a secret 5th and the sheer depth and atmosphere is astounding.

Anyone who says DX:IW isn't a good game isn't fit to own it or call themselves a gamer. DX:IW is a definite rival for the up-and-coming Half-Life 2 and Doom 3.
