» Pros
Gets better as the game goes on
Graphics are (sometimes)! passable

» Cons
Very crazy control system
Needs a cray supercomputer to run

» Review
I am very dissapointed with the two games that have come from Ion Storm lately. Gameplay wise the aren't too bad but the graphics engine on both titles (Deus Ex and Thief) are absolutely horrible and the crazy jerky movement in thief makes it all but unplayable. I have a 21 inch monitor but can't run the game smoothly higher than 1024 * 768 on my 9800 pro so I've had to get used to looking at blockies. Even Far Cry runs smooth at 1152 * 864 for crying out loud. Some of the missions are quite well put together but I'm really having to force myself to play this game and can't really see myself finishing it.
