A perfect city builder that is very realistic
Great community with tons of nice mods
A lot of diversity
The U-Drive It is pretty fun and so is the MySims
ALOT to do plus tons of downloads, both official and user-created adding more buildings and fun.
You can never get enough of this
If you hate your city, blow it up with asteroids, robots, aliens, volcanos, etc.

Nothing is perfect of course:

The pathfinding isn't exactly wonderful. Many people may drive 5 miles just to get to their workplace... infront of their house.

Some of the headlines in that news-ticker is nothing but complaints and you may get fed up.

Managing the money is extremely tedious.

This game is the perfect city-builder with some great graphics (for the time it was made). It is very realistic and very funny. There is a lot of diversity and you can have other cities nearby that will affect your own. There is plenty to do and manage and you will NEVER get bored of this (unless you get bored of the genre).

Most people want to start right away building energy and enviornmentaly friend powerplants, lots of police stations and fire stations to make sure everyone is happy and then you find yourself in debt very quickly. I found myself cheating many times but after a few months of play you should get the hang of it.
