This motherboard is full of problems, and FIC doesn’t care at all.
No customer support: FIC does not reply to emails, they’ve completely ignored 10 emails I had sent them, even though my product was brand new and still had warranty.
Boot Hangs: During boot up, the computer hangs about 20% of the times.
Only Stereo: Don’t let them fool you, the 4 channel and 6 channel audio only works with very old Realtek drivers. If you try installing any driver above 3.64, the pc will only work in stereo mode. Realtek doesn’t care enough to answer emails either.
ONLY 1 RAM SLOT: I cannot put it two ram cards, only one ram card works. So I am stuck with a new ram card in my closet, instead of my pc. (Yes I’ve tried everything)
NO Color in TV-OUT: I bought this motherboard because of it’s TV-out, but it only works on some televisions, and on Sony Trinitron it doesn’t work in color, it’s only in black and white. (I’ve tried all drivers and all options within them, some TVs work while others don’t.)
The USB only worked for the first 10 minutes, I had to fight with the store to replace it. They gave me a newer motherboard, but it still has all the other problems. The store refuses to give me a refund.
Screeching sounds from the motherboard: Now the pc started making screeching high pitched sounds whenever I scroll with the mouse or open a window. I don't know which component is making the sound, but the problem originates from the motherboard.

DON’T BUY THIS MOTHERBOARD OR ANY OTHER FIC PRODUCT.
I wouldn't be so angry, if they had replied to any of my emails even and showed that they at least care.
Believe me, it's better to spend a bit more and buy decent motherboard.
It's the worst motherboard I've ever had, and FIC should change the 'I' to 'U' and add a 'K' to their name. |
